Starting GW - Guild Wars Forums

Hi all! I want to start guild wars: prophecies, and was wondering how many people play it?

And the cost too for all three of them, regular price and discounted (like when they have sales). Don't mind spending a bit, but just wanted to know in advance.

I'll be trying out the trial before hand.

You will see plenty of people in the beginning but that fades out pretty quickly, most people who play this game have already finished all campaigns multiple times so you won't find much people in end game missions and such. Games are cheap.. not sure exact price but shouldn't you search that yourself at a retail store or steam?

Well I want to play this until GW2 comes out.

Yea I don't know what I was thinking I'll look up prices myself :P

edit: Guild wars trilogy... gonna get that. But I'ma try the trial first and see how it goes. Looks good though.

During the trial, you will find many players in Ascalon City beginner area who keep their characters there permanently. Don't be afraid to ask questions as the majority of the community is very friendly.

This is Guild Wars, guilds are optional you can go it alone. But a guild that suits you will make things a lot easier.
